Judge
Smith and the Young Offenders
On
Sunday, April 4th, Judge will be making one of his very rare live
appearances, performing in music-cabaret with his grouplet, the Young
Offenders. On this occasion, these will be Rikki Patten, guitar, and Ian
Fordham, bass; both, of course, featured artists on 'Curly's
Airships'. They'll
be appearing at 'Cafe Prague', the popular music-cabaret club hosted by
chansonnier Barb Jungr at the Komedia, in Brighton. Judge
will be performing some numbers from 'Curly's Airships' and 'Dome of
Discovery', but mostly new and previously unheard material that can best
be described as 'English Chanson'. The
Komedia is a pleasant and comfortable venue with seating at tables and
good
food available. The
